Why Do I Like BBC by Jill Pickford

Is there someone you admire? Someone you look up to, aspire to be like, motivate you and make you believe you CAN do it?

As an active participant for almost 2 years, I can honestly say Blair’s Boot Camp is the best workout I can experience. Every day, every session is harder than the last. To some, that may be discouraging, but I see it as work in progress. It isn’t getting any easier, simply because we are challenged more and more each class to be better than we were the previous. The constant encouragement, motivation, and positive energy that bounces around those gyms, is so addictive and contagious. It is the BBC trainers that get down on the ground , in your face, and say ‘give me more’- that makes us better, stronger and exhilarated, pushing you threw those last reps- I CAN do it!!!

I am a believer of a “happy, healthy mom, is a happy family”. The ultimate challenge of balancing work, family and play is a constant struggle. However, I know incorporating exercise into my life is paying off tri-fold. My family, my friends, and myself, are reaping the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and balanced life. As our friends at BBC remind us, ‘The best gift you can give someone, is a healthy YOU’.

Becoming part of the Blair’s Boot Camp team, has been such an absolute pleasure. I am loving it! What a great group to work with- trainers and participants. I am inspired daily by the hard work ethics, the determination and the success stories the participants share- it truly excites me to come back for more. I know they are experiencing hard earned, sweat-induced results- physically, mentally and emotionally-  and now believing in themselves that ‘they CAN do this’.  I only hope that I can help contribute to that success, by motivating, encouraging, ‘getting in your face’, to get you to that personal best.
