It’s never too late to create a healthier you. Blairs’ Boot Camp, is proud to offer Forever Young – a session specifically designed for those 50+ or those seeking a more moderate pace. The classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, cardio and so much more.
Forever Young Schedules
Our Forever Young classes run in intervals of 8 week sessions, 2 days a week. Saturday sessions are available to those who wish to add an additional 3rd class to their 8 week session. Drop ins will be charged at a rate of $20 per class if room is available.
June/July Session – 8 Weeks

Aug/Sept Session – 8 Weeks
Registration: Tuesday July 30th @ 6:00 pm
Session Start Date: Week of Aug 5th
NOTE: Please bring your own fitness mat, bottle of water and two 5lb weights to each class.
